2019 - Present

Larry has over 30 years of experience running and coaching hockey teams in Ontario. He started his hockey career as a coach in 1981 for the Lindsay Bantams and then progressed to the role of General Manager. From there, Larry became the Head Coach for the Chippawa Jr. C's in 1987. Having achieved great success with the team, he moved on to work with the Niagara Falls Jr. B  Canucks and then on to a General Manager role with the Niagara Falls Midgets. Larry remained with the Niagara Falls Midgets until 2007, when he decided to take a hiatus from the hockey league - in order to focus on his family and further develop his own business.

Upon Larry's return to the Ontario hockey scene, he has thrown himself 110% at the roles of President of Operations & Director of Sponsorship for the Campbellford Rebels Junior C's! Larry celebrates the rich history that the team has within the Campbellford community and recognizes the potential that they possess. Not only is this Larry's home team, but he is more determined than ever to apply his knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm to the organization in order to bring the Campbellford Rebels back to the winning franchise that they once were.

Vice-President of Hockey Operations

2013 - Present

As a kid in Campbellford, Matt grew up being a Rebels fan; Saturday nights were spent at the arena with friends, watching his home team. The 2011-2012 season is a highlight of his, when the team made it to the semi-finals for the Schmaltz Cup. While Matt played hockey as a kid, it was the desire to give back to the hockey club that had brought him so much joy over the years that led Matt to begin volunteering his time. He joined the executive board and began helping with whatever the team needed: fundraising events like car washes, volleyball tournaments, golf tournament, etc. Along the way, Matt was the home game DJ for three seasons with the following three seasons as the team's trainer. With such a vested interest and overall passion for the team, Matt was recognized immediately by the current ownership as the valued asset that he is and in turn, named the general manager for the 2019-20 season. With continued efforts to rebuild the team, Matt is proud of the progress that has been made to date; eager to see the new, highly talented additions to management and coaching staff begin working together; and the strong recruiting efforts that are currently underway for the 2020-21 hockey season.

General Manager

2020 - Present

Tyler grew up in Peterborough playing forward in minor hockey in the Peterborough system. At the age of 19 he went to play two years of college hockey in London while getting a diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Fanshawe College. Upon graduation, Tyler returned to Peterborough and signed with the Norwood Vipers. After a brief stint with the Vipers, he knew his future was in the front office of hockey.

That decision led Tyler to the Lakefield Chiefs as the team’s trainer. One year later, he was named the General Manager of the Chiefs. In his third year as GM, Tyler helped compile a group of 23 players that were the best in the province, winning the Schmalz Cup. For the past two seasons Tyler has been the Colour Commentator for Peterborough Petes radio broadcasts, allowing him to further analyze games and fine tune his hockey skills. Additionally, Tyler has coached various teams within the PHA with his most recent involvement as assistant coach for the Minor AE Petes.

Last July, Tyler and his longtime girlfriend, Tori, along with their 2 year old daughter, Jacie, moved to Norwood. This move led him to seek new opportunities within the PJH league for the upcoming season and is excited for his new position within the Campbellford Rebels organization, taking the charge as general manager.

Assistant General Manager

2020 - Present

Playing Novice to Midget hockey in his hometown of Warkworth, Ontario, Adam knew that hockey was engrained in his DNA. This affinity for the game is what lead Adam to beginning his Minor hockey AE to AA coaching career in 2011, working through the ranks of development coach, assistant coach, and head coach positions; with his most recent 2019-2020 season being the head coach for Northumberland Nighthawks, Minor Peewee AA. Throughout his coaching career, Adam also gained scouting experience, scouting for the United States Premier Hockey League and DME Academy. With each new opportunity and position throughout these last 10+ years, Adam diligently completed the necessary training and qualifications, most recently completing his COACH – DEVELOPMENT 1 certification and is presently the Director of Development for Northumberland Minor Hockey.

Adam started PUCK—IT in 2015, a hockey product and merchandise sales company which has had two product patents and one trade mark approved by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Today, PUCK—IT runs development off-season hockey camps and clinics in partnership with ECHL Head Coach, Ben Boudreau, and NHL Coach, Bruce Boudreau; power skating and puck possession clinics during off-season for all ages and levels, ranging from AE-AAA and ages Novice-Bantam; and Jr and Pro off-season prep camps in Cobourg, Pickering, and the GTA.

Today, Adam lives in Cobourg with his Campbellford-District-High-School-sweetheart, Stacey (née Fry) and their two sons, both of which play hockey in Northumberland County. Joining the Campbellford Rebels as the team’s Assistant GM feels like a homecoming for Adam, a responsibility that he does not take lightly, and an opportunity to apply the skills that he has honed in his hockey career to date.

President of Alumni Association

2020 - Present

A Campbellford local, Josh started playing hockey as a tyke and became a Campbellford Colt as soon as he could. When Josh turned 15 he got to play in his first Rebels game and then joined the team for his first full season in 1999 - when the Campbellford Rebels were league champions! Josh fondly reflects on those years as #23, playing winger + defence, because the team was rich with local players who were not only teammates but classmates and friends.

In 2019 Josh stepped up to volunteer his time, organizing the first ever Campbellford Rebels Alumni Fundraiser Game which was hugely successful: The community filled the arena, the alumni played a competitive game on ice, and people reconnected after years apart. Josh is excited be a member of the Campbellford Rebels once again; He is eager to reconnect with former players and coaches, build new traditions for the club, and pull the community together in order to support all future players. Josh's passion and enthusiasm for the hockey club is contagious which is why he is exactly the man for the job!
